I had this concept for a mad scientist and was thinking of a caption. Then I thought: no, it's a free world (in parts), why can't a man walk a fish. He's completely sane. I'm completely sane. The fish is completely sane. I think I need to stop now. Enjoy :)

LoL! There's something I wouldn't have thought of even after having seen shows with fish characters wearing fishbowl helmets so they can walk around on land.  Brilliant XD
